Antonio Benet: Desde muy joven, Antonio Benet se interesó por el misterio del hombre. En los años 60 su búsqueda le condujo a Londres donde descubrió la obra de G.I. Gurdjief y P.D. Ouspenski y pudo estudiar y practicar sus métodos de desarrollo interior durante muchos años. Posteriormente su búsqueda le condujo al estudio de Advaita (no dualidad) y más tarde a los EE.UU donde le monje trapense Thomas Keating le introdujo a la dimensión contemplativa del cristianismo. Actualmente presenta y lidera grupos en la práctica de meditación no conceptual y ofrece charlas. Ha publicado ¿Qué es Dios? ¿Qué es la vida? ¿Qué es el hombre? ¿Quién Soy?
