From a young age, Antonio Benet
has been interested in the human mystery. In the 60s, his search led him to
London, where he discovered the teaching of G.I. Gurdjieff and P.D Ouspensky,
and embraced the opportunity to study and practice their methods of inner
development for many years. Later on, his search led him to the study of
Advaita (non-duality).
In the US, Thomas Keating O.C.S.O introduced him to the
contemplative dimension of Christianity. Currently Antonio Benet leads groups
in the practise of non-conceptual meditation and gives talks on the Law of
Three, and many other related subjects. He is the author of the following books in Spanish: Qué es Dios?(What is God?) Qué
es la Vida? (What is Life?) Qué es el Hombre? (What is Man?) and Quién Soy?
(Who am I?)
