LAW OF THREE (10) Effort(2)
LAW OF THREE (10)
EFFORT (2)
EFFORT (2)
Effort arises out of the resistance to a desire. Unless there is an initial desire to climb a mountain, no effort will manifest. No climber will start to climb
Desire-resistance-effort are in continuous conversation. When the three forces come to an agreement, decision enters, and effort is given.
In dual consciousness, the Ego identifies himself as the 'doer' of all the actions. "I am doing all this and all that. If I do not make efforts nothing will get done." From the perspective of non dual consciousness real effort is 'effortless effort.' It starts with a conscious decision and it follows with the effortless unfolding of the action. Those familiar with Advaita philosophy know that only Prakriti (Nature) acts.

LAW OF THREE (9) The Energy of Effort
LAW OF THREE (9)
THE ENERGY OF EFFORT
THE ENERGY OF EFFORT
Effort is the energy given to us that enables us to 'do' work.
We normally believe that we can make efforts. But effort arises out a desire (or aim) and the obstacles or conditions necessary to satisfy that desire. Desire precedes effort.
We cannot "make" efforts if desire is not present first. No desire no effort. Effort arises out of the resistance to desire. Effort draws its energy from two opposing forces (desire-resistance) by our consent.
We experience the active force in the form on the Essential Desire for some spiritual practice. This desire will be opposed by the Habitual Desire to lay idly in the armchair. Effort (energy) will not arise because our intention is not strong enough to raise the energy of effort to overcome resistance. The energy of effort can only arise prior to a true decision or the will to act. Without the power of decision the energy of effort is not required. The subject will stay in the armchair.
Effort is given to meet a need. Effort is necessary to overcome the power of habit. Effort is an independent force.

LAW OF THREE (8) Welcoming the Negative
LAW
OF THREE (8)
Our
functioning depends on the action of the resisting (or negative)
force which is needed for the arising of the energy of effort.
The energy of effort is necessary to climb a mountain. We need the desire to climb (+); the mountain (-); and the effort (=). Next the consent or the entering or the Will or the 4th force.
Try to eliminate the negative And you will be trapped in a cycle of rejections!
EDITING IN PROGRESS.....
Developing
consciousness depends on letting go of the attachments to negative emotions which arise automatically when we reject the negative
Letting
go of our attachment to automatic reactions (caused by our rejections to the negative) opens a gap for consciousness to manifest.
Consciousness is the clear space that allows the action of creative powers (4th impulse) to enter and act in the sphere of transformation.
The Centering Prayer method:
The practice of letting go of thoughts, in the Centering Prayer method, is the work of developing consciousness.
When the energy of consciousness becomes sufficiently concentrated it becomes sensitive to divine impulses of faith, hope and love.
The initial motive in the practitioners is the intention to consent to the presence and action within ourselves of the Divine (God).
LAW OF THREE (7) Each of the three forces is a carrier of specific information.
LAW OF THREE (7)
EACH OF THE THREE FORCES IS A CARRIER OF SPECIFIC INFORMATION.
EACH OF THE THREE FORCES IS A CARRIER OF SPECIFIC INFORMATION.
Every new event in creation
is the work of 3 impulses coming together and adopting the roles of an active, passive or neutralising force.
Ordinarily we are only aware of the play of two forces. True observation needs discern the working patterns of the third force in us.
Each of the three forces carries specific information which enters our awareness in form of thoughts, feelings, and sensations
"All forces work where the attention rests*" We can observe the play of the three forces when we intentionally put our attention on an object.
.
The information arising when we attend an object (i.e. a hand) may be old information. Old information coming from habitual feelings, thoughts sensations and attitudes come from stored in memory. Old information gives rise to habitual or repetitive responses.
Only when the information is new (not stored in memory) new possibilities arises. That is when spot the precise instant in which we notice our hand for the first time, before it gets clouded by the discovery of a new wrinkle.

LAW OF THREE (6) Three Modes of Experience: Bodily, Emotional, Intellectual.
LAW OF THREE (6)
THREE MODES OF EXPERIENCE: BODILY, EMOTIONAL, INTELLECTUAL
Feelings and sensations are energies perceived in the form of continuous inner conversation. Each of the three energies is ever active but at a given moment we may only become aware of one of them: a sensation, a feeling, a thought or a combination of the three..
The constant flow of different forms of energy produces the complex patterns of human responses and behaviour.
We may discern the play of energies when we discover that we cannot think unless
there is some feeling present; or that if we have no interest in a subject, we are unable to think about it. (i.e insufficient quantity of feeling energy)
We may also notice that thoughts and
feelings are continually influenced by our physical body, like the
state of health, tiredness, etc,
We may also become intuitively aware of the presence of an intelligence that discerns pleasure form pain, etc. and which is equally untouched from them both.
LAW OF THREE (5) DIMENSIONS OF SPACE
LAW OF THREE (5)
The only viable alternative to reactional behaviour -attraction-repulsion- is Love.

DIMENSIONS OF SPACE
Newton's third law of motion states
that " for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction."
Like-dislike, good-bad, attraction-repulsion, etc. dominates the activities of most humanity. If we consider that all ordinary the action-reaction movements cancel each other (the result being 0); what keeps the activities of the world endlessly going?
Like-dislike, good-bad, attraction-repulsion, etc. dominates the activities of most humanity. If we consider that all ordinary the action-reaction movements cancel each other (the result being 0); what keeps the activities of the world endlessly going?
The answer is a 3rd force (and a 4th force.) Life is a third force that keeps the world go round. The two main forces concerning humanity are Birth and Death. Birth and Death cancel each other, yet living population keeps its balance.
Life comes from a non dual dimension of space and enters the world of duality without disturbing the two necessary forces in opposition. The third force of life brigs rotation in Nature and Cosmos. There are cycles in the world of history, economics, cosmos, and the rest. The question is whether there are deeper forces that can bring the rotary movements into a straight line? There are no straight lines in nature. Al least no straight constructions done by Nature.
If we take the simple example of the movements of a car, The wheels keep turning round. To serve any purpose the wheels need to be directed. Brakes can only control they speed or bring therm to a stop, but brakes give no directions. Only the steering will can give direction to a car providing that there is a driver that has learn to drive and has somewhere he wants to go.
Is the universe a sort of cosmic machine conducted by a driver from a dimension of space yet unknown intending to get to some impossible spot ?
